Primary Cutaneous Follicular-Center lymphoma.
No t(14;18)
BCL2-
BCL6+
Solitary lesion on scalp, forehead, or trunk.
15% multiple lesions
Very indolent
Treatment: Observe, Intralesional steroid, XRT for larger solitary lesions, rituximab for multifocal dz.”
