Challenging Perceptions and Increasing Awareness with Lung Cancer Europe’s GetEducated Campaign

‘The GetEducated campaign emphasises that lung cancer does not discriminate and that anyone with lungs can develop lung cancer.
We have launched our annual GetChecked awareness campaign. Coinciding with Lung Cancer Awareness Month, the aim is to challenge perceptions and increase awareness.
This year, LuCE and our member organisations across Europe are also challenging the stigma associated with lung cancer and educating the public on the realities of living with the disease.
Our campaign highlights the diverse faces of lung cancer, emphasising that it can affect anyone and underscoring the importance of early diagnosis.
