Monica Bertagnolli: How NIIH research efforts can partner with Arkansas to address the needs of its community

“Recently I had the opportunity to visit the River Valley and Northwest Arkansas. The entire community – academic institutions, public health departments, health care providers, businesses, and state and federal government – all play a critical role to make health better for everyone.

It was inspiring to see how NIIH research efforts can partner with Arkansas to address the needs of its community. I am so grateful to Congressman Steve Womack and Senator John Boozman for hosting me.”
