Amil Družić: I’ve started the Master in Molecular Oncology
Amil Družić, Oncology and Radiotherapy Resident at the Clinical Center University of Sarajevo, shared a post on Linkedin:
“I’m excited to announce that I’ve started the Master in Molecular Oncology, a specialized and pioneering postgraduate program in collaboration with the Centro de Estudios Biosanitarios – CEB and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC), supported by the European School of Oncology and many more.
What makes this program truly special is its faculty—over 100 national and international molecular oncology experts, many of whom are authors of the very discoveries they teach.
One of the highlights is having Frank Slack, a pioneer in the discovery of the first human microRNA and this year’s Nobel Prize winner in Physiology and Medicine, as one of our esteemed professors. His work in microRNAs and personalized medicine is a game changer in cancer treatment, and it’s a privilege to learn from him.
I’m grateful for the opportunity and the support I have recieved which motivates me even more as I continue my journey in oncology.”
