The Young to Young 2024 conference titled “L’oncologia di domani” took place on October 11th and 12th, 2024 at the NH Collection Marina in Genoa, Italy
The conference is spearheaded by Carlo Genova, Alessia Levaggi, Alessandro Pastorino, and Francesco Spagnolo, all based in Genoa. The event explored advancements in oncology, particularly focusing on new approaches and innovations in cancer treatment and research. Attendees had the chance to engage with leading experts in the field of oncology, participate in discussions, and share insights on the future of cancer care
This conference is part of a broader effort to foster collaboration among young professionals in oncology and enhance the understanding of emerging trends and technologies that can shape the future of cancer treatment.

Gianmarco Ricagno, MD, is currently an oncology resident at IRCCS Istituto Oncologico Veneto, a comprehensive cancer center in Italy that focuses on research, clinical trials, and specialized cancer care. Previously, he served as a physician during the COVID-19 pandemic at Ospedale San Giovanni Bosco.
