San Antonio Liver Cancer Symposium 2024

Mays Cancer Center at UT Health San Antonio organized the annual San Antonio Liver Cancer Symposium (SALCS).

The symposium was held at the Hilton Palacio del Rio in downtown San Antonio on Oct. 11-12, 2024. It was a two-day symposium filled with engaging sessions and interactive panel discussions to promote collaboration and advance liver cancer knowledge. This meeting covered the epidemiology of liver cancer and explored the latest pre-clinical, translational and clinical breakthroughs in its treatment, encompassing survivorship care and pediatric liver cancer.

The liver cancer community, along with physicians, researchers, nurses and providers participated and contributed to this enriching experience.
