For those of you unfamiliar with LA Care, it is one of the nation’s largest plans focused on frail and vulnerable populations and provides coverage to more then 2 million Angelinos.
SCAN is proud to partner with John and Sameer Amin and the rest of the team at LA Care through Welcome Health and Healthcare in Action, our medical group focused on people experiencing homelessness.
