Eiffel Tower requested 300,000 USD for lighting the tower for Childhood Cancer Month?
Eric Bouffet shared on LinkedIn:
“Lighting of the Eiffel Tower for Gold September Month dedicated to Childhood Cancer.
I have contacted the Paris Team this morning to ask them to light up the Eiffel Tower for the Gold September month dedicated to Childhood Cancer.
My previous attempts were unsuccessful with an insane request for USD 300,000 for the event.
Please join me to support this request!
In Rio, the Corcovado, an iconic symbol of the city will be lighted in gold on September 19.
Why not the Eiffel Tower in Paris?
Please join me and contact the ‘Mairie of Paris’.
Thank you! Merci.”
