Diogo Martins Branco: Meta-analysis of Ki-67 prognostic value after neoadjuvant endocrine therapy.
Quoting Diogo Martins Branco, Medical Oncologist at the European Society of Medical Oncology, on LinkedIn:
“Meta-analysis of Ki-67 prognostic value after neoadjuvant endocrine therapy: 12 studies of 7,897 women with ER+/HER2- early breast cancer. High Ki-67 was associated with worse recurrence-free survival and overall survival, confirming the strong prognostic value of this biomarker after neoadjuvant endocrine therapy.
These findings will better inform clinical trial design and clinical practice. Out in the European Journal of Cancer.”
