The COVID-19 experience for patients with CNS tumors
NCI Neuro-Oncology Branch shared a paper by Amanda King et. al on X, adding:
“A study led by Terri Armstrong and Amanda King of NCI Center for Cancer Research examined the COVID-19 experience for patients with CNS tumors.
These patients experienced higher levels of depression, which could negatively influence treatment success and survival.”
