This post is dedicated to all of you who embrace being different and challenge the status quo.
When we first introduced the idea of transforming cancercare by leveraging city ecosystems, we faced a lot of skepticism. People questioned our approach. But through hard work, resilience, and unwavering commitment to our principles, we proved some wrong!
Let me tell you—this journey has been anything but easy. It’s tough to be different, to venture into uncharted territory, and to continue challenging our model. There are moments when the challenges seem impossible, and we feel like giving up.
But it’s in these moments that we find our strength. I remember sharing this video with Susan Henshall during our tough times to cheer us up. Since then, I watch it each time I need to turn frustration into motivation and with a big smile – KEY. BOOMCHIKA ”
