“When I first learned about the idea of Night Science and the approach to nurturing scientific creativity that it unlocks from Dr. Itai Yanai and Dr. Martin Lercher I was immediately captivated.
Just the fact that Night Science acknowledges that a very important element of science – creativity – is often not acknowledged is freeing, and the idea that it can be nurtured is exciting.
Next week I am teaching Itai and Martin’s Night Science course for the first time at NCI, but in the meantime I made some video shorts to explain some of the ideas. Check them out on YouTube:
