This is so heart warming – Bishal Gyawali

This is so heart warming. It made my day. Specially considering it came from Khalid El Bairi who is not a highly paid physician working in a high income country. He is a colleague working in an LMIC but his heart is big enough to contribute to the cause of Common Sense Oncology. I am deeply honoured my friend, and I hope I don’t let you down.
