“A meaningful milestone for the Sanofi Foundation.
This week, our General Delegate, Sandrine Bouttier-Stref, joined representatives from the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, foundations, NGOs and private sector organizations for the launch of the France Humanitarian Club.
Bringing together a coalition of partners committed to strengthening humanitarian action, the initiative reflects a shared ambition to work more closely together, share expertise and explore new ways to support communities affected by crises and emergencies.
Sanofi Foundation is proud to be among the founding signatories of this collective effort, joining organizations united in strengthening humanitarian support where it is needed most. Beyond medicine donations, we are committed to building local capacity and forging partnerships that enable more effective humanitarian action.
At a time when humanitarian needs continue to grow, collaboration has never been more important. Recent emergencies, including the devastating earthquake in Nepal, have highlighted the scale and complexity of today’s crises.
Combined with the growing impact of climate change and the increasing frequency of natural disasters, they reinforce the need for stronger partnerships and more coordinated responses. This new initiative is an important step in that direction.
