“Today we are shining a light on Matt Moyer. Matt is a staff biostatistician at Natera, where he designs rigorous validation studies to support our growing product portfolio. His work focuses on tests within organ health and women’s health.
For Matt, this work hits close to home. While researching Natera during the interview process in 2021, he discovered Prospera Kidney and thought there should be a test like this for lung transplant patients, like his mom.
He then learned that the development of Prospera Lung was underway, and his first project became its validation. When he shared his family’s story, a colleague captured the team’s commitment perfectly:
