What is it?
A multi-round Delphi expert survey conducted as part of the formal evaluation study for the project “City dwellers – Community Health Ambassadors – Cancer Prevention for Women”. The underlying project aims to provide women with a migration background with accessible information on cancer prevention through trained Community Health Ambassadors and facilitate their access to preventive healthcare services.
The accompanying evaluation study examines the implementation, effectiveness, and sustainability of this ambassador-led approach to generate evidence for developing similar health equity programs.
What will participants do?
Participants contribute to a multi-round consensus-building process designed to establish recommendations for future community health initiatives:
Round 1: Answer three open-ended questions concerning success factors, challenges, and opportunities for development.
Subsequent Rounds: Evaluate and prioritize the summarized themes and recommendations resulting from the initial round.

Experts across multiple sectors, including:
- Healthcare professionals.
- Community organization leaders and patient advocates.
- Academic researchers.
- Project coordinators and health policy stakeholders.
Geographic Eligibility
Global / International: Perspectives from different countries, healthcare systems, and regional contexts are very welcome.

Online digital survey. Short (Round 1 covers sociodemographic details and 3 open-ended questions).

Ethics Approval: Approved by the Ethics Committee of the Medical University of Vienna (Reference No. EK 1266/2026).

Cost: Voluntary participation.
Data Security: All information is kept strictly confidential, analyzed in a pseudonymized form, and used solely for scientific research purposes.
