“Cancer Survivorship Research Priorities Identified in New Report
A new report has been published outlining the cancer survivorship research priorities identified by people living with and beyond cancer, carers, researchers and health professionals.
The priorities were developed through the Cancer Survivorship Research Prioritisation Workshop held in October 2025 and include:
- Personalised care planning
- Stronger primary and community care
- Support for financial, employment and social needs
- Greater focus on prevention and dental care
- Research informed by lived experience
ARCCS was pleased to contribute to this collaborative work alongside The Daffodil Centre, Cancer Council NSW, Flinders University, University of Sydney, Cancer Voices NSW and Cancer Institute NSW.
The findings will help guide research that responds to the experiences and needs of people living with and beyond cancer. The work was funded by a Sydney Cancer Partners seed grant.
