Acute Leukemia Advocates Network (ALAN) and Picker.
What is it?
An independent global survey designed to evaluate the real-world experiences and quality-of-life impact on individuals and families affected by acute leukemia. The findings will be used by ALAN and Picker to identify unmet needs and drive improvements in care and support services internationally
Who is the survey designed for?
- Patients: Adults (aged 18+) diagnosed with acute leukemia.
- Carers: Adults (aged 18+) who are or have been a caregiver to someone diagnosed with acute leukemia.
Note: Two distinct question sets have been created—one tailored for patients and one for caregivers. Participants may complete either or both

Global / International (Open to participants worldwide).
Languages Available
Available in 16 language options to ensure wide global representation: English, English (UK), Spanish (Español), French (Français), German (Deutsch), Italian (Italiano), Portuguese (Português), Portuguese – Brazil (Português (Brasil)), Swahili (Kiswahili), Czech (Čeština), Danish (Dansk), Dutch (Nederlands), Polish (Polski), Korean (한국어), Japanese (日本語), and Simplified Chinese (简体中文).
Format
Online digital survey hosted on Qualtrics.
Time Commitment & Survey Features
- 20 to 30 minutes per questionnaire.

- Participation is voluntary and completely confidential.
- Fully compliant with Data Protection Laws, including GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct.
