Zouina Sarfraz: Grateful That Our Latest Work on Health Disparities with Glioblastoma Treatment Published in Brain Sciences

Zouina Sarfraz, Postdoctoral Fellow at Miami Cancer Institute, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Grateful that our latest work is now published in Brain Sciences.

In a national cohort of 111,955 adults with glioblastoma, we observed modest improvements in survival from 2005 to 2020, but persistent disparities remain in access to optimal treatment across socioeconomic, geographic, and institutional lines.

This work was made possible under the mentorship of Manmeet Ahluwalia.”
