An ultrasensitive method for detection of cell-free RNA
Paolo Tarantino, Clinical Research Fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, shared a post on X:
“ctDNA enables to identify genetic alterations, but leaves us blinded to gene expression. In this article, the authors developed an ultra sensitive cfRNA profiling method, able to provide NSCLC expression signatures, including histological transformation.”
