“3 randomised trials ESMO26 in muscle invasive bladder cancer.
VOLGA = Neoadjuvant EV plus perioperative durvalumab. How will it compare to perioperative EVP (B15/905) where longer periods of EV were given (OS HR = 0.5-0.6).
Also, 2 trials (ENERGIZE/KN866) of cisplatin based neoadjuvant chemotherapy with or without PD-1 inhibition (nivolumab or pembrolizumab).
Will they reproduce NIAGARA with OS HR of 0.75 or will we see antagonism with platinum chemo as in metastatic disease.”
