At the recently concluded SIOP 2026 Congress in San Antonio, Texas, The Dorcas Cancer Foundation was represented by our Founder and Director, Dr Adedayo Joseph, renowned Pediatric Radiation Oncologist, and our Chief Operating Officer, Korede Akindele, MSc Akindele, who has also served as a International Society of Paediatric Oncology – SIOP Board Member and Chair of the Young SIOP Network.
The Congress provided an important opportunity to strengthen relationships with some of our valued partners and collaborators.
These relationships represent more than international visibility. They connect directly to our work: strengthening cancer education, building professional capacity, advancing research, improving patient navigation and expanding access to high-quality, context-appropriate care across Africa.
