“Why do women, who are more numerous in the world of oncology science and medicine, account for only 36% of funded research projects? the data from 13 countries collected in this publication in which the INCa participated.
In NIH data, women are awarded 53% of undergraduate fellowships, with a gradual collapse of up to 20% in advanced career phases. The data is not enough for non-binary people.
A structural problem that remains topical and on which we must work.”
