“Final analysis of DREAMM-3.
- As monotherapy, belantamab is not better than Pom/Dex (no difference in PFS, PFS2 and OS) even with longer follow up.
- About 20% (24 of 122) of patients who had a first grade ≥2 eye exam finding still hadn’t recovered from it at their last visit.”
