Quinton Ng։ Cost-Effectiveness of Supervised Exercise to Reduce Colon Cancer Progression and Mortality

Quinton Ng, Postdoctoral Researcher at Yale School of Medicine, shared on LinkedIn:

“Ever wonder if reimbursing Exercise Oncology can be economically viable in the US?

That’s the question I asked after seeing the CHALLENGE trial results: a 28% reduction in the risk of disease recurrence, new cancer, or death (DFS) and a 37% reduction in the risk of death (OS).

I will share my answer at ASCO QLTY 2026 in Boston in my poster, ‘Cost-effectiveness of CHALLENGE-based supervised exercise to reduce colon cancer progression and mortality in the US’.

I am grateful to have been recognized with a Merit Award from the Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation.

Come over and have a chat at my poster if you are around!
