“Analysis of longitudinal blood samples shows that CD19, CARTs can be detected at least 10 years post-treatment in patients with lymphoma, with deeper profiling from a single patient showing that these CARTs have a dominant double negative activated effector memory-like phenotype.”

“A longitudinal analysis of blood samples demonstrated that CAR T19-cells can persist for more than 10 years post-treatment in patients with B Cell Non Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) helping to define phenotypic, transcriptional, and clonal features associated with exceptionally long-term persistence of these cells, which exhibit a predominant double-negative (DN) CD4-CD8-activated effector memory-like immunophenotype.”
