“Revisiting Dato-DXD, TROPION-Lung05 from 2025 by Jacob Sands, Luis Paz-Ares for EGFR NSCLC
Take: ORR 35.8% (44% EGFR, 24% ALK), DOR 7.0mo, DCR 79%. Heavily pretreated (72% ≥3 prior lines).
In 2026, I assume most patients will get 3+ lines including Dato -DXD, osimertinib and amivantamab. In my practice DOR often runs longer than 7mo, and oral and ocular toxicity is lower.
Now the question is sequencing and/or combinations with TKIs, bispecifics and other ADCs.”
