Laura Venegas: Thrilled to Share Our Proof of Concept Study on PKMYT1 Inhibition in Gynecologic Cancers

Laura Venegas, Medical Oncologist, Gynecologic Oncology and Drug Development Fellow at University Health Network, shared on LinkedIn:

”Thrilled to share our investigator-initiated proof-of-concept study demonstrating the potential of PKMYT1 inhibition in combination with standard carboplatin and paclitaxel in recurrent gynecologic cancers.

Could the next generation of ADCs combine dual payloads-TOP1 inhibition and PKMYT1 inhibition-to simultaneously induce DNA damage and disable the G2/M checkpoint?

Most importantly, this work would not have been possible without the patients who participated in this study.

A sincere thank you to all my co-authors, collaborators, research teams, and investigators for their dedication and partnership.”
