Katy Beckermann, Medical Director of GU Clinical Research at Tennessee Oncology, shared on X:
“3,709 men on Lu-PSMA-617 outside a trial. The largest real-world radioligand dataset similar to VISION.
- French early-access program, 46 centers, mCRPC after ARPI and taxane
- Median imaging PFS 7.6 months vs 8.7 in VISION, in older and more heavily pretreated men
- Some progressed by PSA after cycle 1, then responded. A flare, not a failure.
Congrats to Roubaud Guilhem and team on this huge effort!”
