Very happy to share our new study published in Clinical Cancer Research, where we explore ctDNA tumor fraction as a tool to guide treatment decisions.
ctDNA tumor fraction, a readout directly obtained from routine liquid biopsy analyses, reflects tumor burden and could serve as a ready-to-use biomarker to guide treatment selection.
Our findings suggest that tumor fraction could help:
- better stratify patients
- refine treatment selection
- move toward more personalized immunotherapy strategies
This is still an evolving field, but the potential of liquid biopsy to inform real-world decisions is becoming increasingly tangible.
