In II-IIIA disease, the primary population:
- OS HR: 0.53 (95% CI, 0.38-0.75)
- 8-year OS: 74% vs 58% with placebo
- Absolute improvement: 16 percentage points
In the overall IB-IIIA population:
- OS HR: 0.52 (95% CI, 0.39-0.71)
- 8-year OS: 79% vs 64%
- Absolute improvement: 15 percentage points
These data reinforce 3 years of adjuvant osimertinib as a standard approach after complete resection.”
