“PAPILLON: OS in EGFR Ex20ins NSCLC.
At 48.6 months of follow-up, 1L amivantamab + carbo-pmx achieved:
- Median OS: 34.3 vs 27.9 months
- HR: 0.87 (95% CI, 0.66-1.14)
Despite 76% of patients in the chemo arm receiving subsequent amivantamab, crossover likely attenuated the OS effect. After prespecified adjustment for crossover:
HR 0.57 (95% CI, 0.39-0.82).”
