“Penta-refractory myeloma (2 IMiDs, 2 PIs, and 1 anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody), with persistent extramedullary disease despite teclistamab/daratumumab, cilta-cel, and talquetamab.
I initiated belantamab/pomalidomide/dexamethasone, but keratopathy limited belantamab to just one dose!
Happy it worked! Sometimes you must trust yourself ”
