“Use of Perioperative Immunotherapy and TKI in RCC with IVC thrombus patients showed reduction of IVC thrombus level in 47.8% of patients, reduced OR time, EBL mean (3170 mL vs. 1167 mL; p = 0.004) and need for extracorporeal circulation (all Level IV), grade ≥ III perioperative complications (11% vs 0).”
