Initially released quarterly, the journal transitioned to a bi-monthly format in 1989 and was rebranded as Oncology Issues. This publication has since remained the only journal focused on the operational and programmatic issues impacting multidisciplinary cancer care teams.

The ACCC hosts events such as the National Oncology Conference, which brings together healthcare professionals to discuss innovations in cancer treatment and care delivery.
