Laila Agrawal, Medical Oncologist at Norton Healthcare, shared on LinkedIn:
“I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: 2026 MSCP Badge from The Menopause Society!
As a medical oncologist, I see the profound impact of cancer treatment can have on women, including menopausal symptoms, sexual health, and overall quality of life. My work on treating sexual health concerns after cancer is interwoven wit
h understanding menopause and hormonal changes that often result from cancer treatment. These issues are so important in survivorship, but not always adequately addressed.
This certification reflects years of continued learning and commitment to expanding my knowledge about menopause, particularly the unique implications for women diagnosed with cancer.
I look forward to continuing to use this knowledge to better support my patients, educate both patients and medical professionals, and advance evidence-based approaches to navigating menopausal symptoms and improving quality of life after cancer.”
MSCP Credential
The MSCP (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner) Badge is awarded by The Menopause Society to licensed healthcare professionals who pass its competency exam in menopause and midlife women’s health.
MSCP certification validates a clinician’s menopause expertise through the Society itself, may lead to more patient referrals, job promotion and higher salaries, and comes with a certificate, a downloadable logo for websites and materials, a sample media announcement, and permission to use “MSCP” with their name and other credentials.
