‘I admire when people have achieved a lot, the effort they have put in in order to achieve it, and the impact that these people and organisations can have, but I like to create my own story. You can definitely learn a lot from big, successful companies about how they work, but I’m personally one of those people who likes to create their own stories, rather than just admiring other companies. My end goal is to make Vann as successful as possible, but in our way. ‘ ”
