ASH24:
– 6 patients: 4 MCL, 1 THRBCL, 1 MZL, half prior CD19 CAR
– no DLTs: all G1 CRS, 2 G1 ICANS
– of 5 evaluable patients, all had CRs! (ongoing responses 4-20 mos)
Need CAR products like this for post-CD20 & CD19-targeted therapies.”
