“Special Thanks to ASCO24 HSR dinner host/organizer and scientific advisory council member Qasim Hussaini! Thrilled to spend time with Triage Cancer leaders Joanna Fawzy Doran and Monica Bryant and the always fabulous Fumiko Ladd Chino and fellow council member.”

” 3 of the Triage Cancer Scientific Advisory Council and the CEO + COO meet up at ASCO24 HSR dinner. [I think this is the only photo that exists from the dinner because it was so amazingly fun and lovely on that rooftop that people actually just talked/relaxed and didn’t selfie].”

Fumiko Ladd Chino is a cancer researcher and Assistant Attending in Radiation Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (USA), who specializes in gynecological and breast cancers. She was also a caregiver for her husband Andrew Mark Ladd, PhD who died from cancer in 2007.

She is a recipient of numerous awards, including ASCO Excellence in Equity Award (2022), Duke Radiation Oncology Award for Outstanding Clinical Research (2019), Duke University Hospital “Good Catch” Award (2018), Conquer Cancer Foundation of ASCO Merit Award (2018), Duke University School of Medicine Dean’s Recognition Award (2014) and Memorial Hermann Hospital, Texas Medical Center Volunteer of the Year Award (2009).
