Dr. Douglas Flora is a board-certified medical oncologist, cancer survivor, and Executive Medical Director of Oncology Services at The Yung Family Cancer Center, St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He also holds the Robert and Dell Ann Sathe Endowed Chair in Oncology.

He is Editor-in-Chief of AI in Precision Oncology and President-Elect of the Association of Cancer Care Centers, representing 50,000 members across 2,100 programs. He also serves as Vice-Chair of the American Cancer Society’s regional board, contributing to advocacy, innovation, and education in oncology.

At St. Elizabeth, Dr. Flora has led the development of one of the nation’s most comprehensive cancer programs, recruiting over 40 new providers, raising more than $63M in philanthropic support, and establishing a nationally recognized Center for Precision Medicine and Genomic Health.
