Michael Dickinson, Haematologist and Early Phase Clinical Trial PI at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, shared on X:
“Glofitamab added to pola-R-CHP in first-line diffuse large B-cell #lymphoma (IPI ≥2), phase II, n=41.
Best CR 95%, 24-month PFS 95% at median 23.9 months follow-up.
Glofit held back until cycle 3: CRS in 4 patients, all grade 1, and no ICANS.
Schedule matters; also – this was a lower-risk group than COALITION.
More to think about in the context of the recent Epco1L press release”
