Key updates:
- CRS/ICANS grading largely retained with important refinements
- Modified ICE (M-ICE) introduced
- ICAHT and IEC-HS updated
- Non-ICANS neurotoxicities formally recognized – including TIAN
- Enterocolitis, LICATS and on-target/off-tumor toxicities incorporated.
Most importantly for solid tumors: this framework is explicitly intended to apply to T-cell engagers, not only CAR-T.”
