That’s why team offsites matter. They create the space to step out of the day-to-day, challenge our thinking, sharpen our strategy and have the conversations about how we work together. How we deliver is just as important as what we deliver.
Because when there is clarity on where we’re going, trust in how we work together, and a shared sense of purpose, teams can achieve extraordinary things. For me, these moments are incredibly energizing. And I left this week’s team get-together even more grateful for the team we have and the work we get to do.
