Stephen V Liu, Director of Thoracic Oncology and Associate Professor of Medicine at Georgetown University, shared a post on X about a paper by Katsuhiro Masago et al. published in Clinical Lung Cancer:
“Genomic landscape of resected invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma – Clinical Lung Cancer (n=107). KRAS mutations common – in 70.1% of cases – with NRG1 fusions identified in 9.2% of cases. Best identified with RNA seq.”
