Congratulations to the Zambian Cancer Society for this great initiative. Head wraps are a common accessory among women in many parts of Africa and beyond.
It is a symbol of pride and heritage for many.
Zambian Cancer Society has used this symbol to stand with women undergoing treatment and raise awareness on breast cancer and cancer in general.
It has become a national phenomenal in Zambia during breast cancer awareness month!
