“Check our recent publication: Multi-omics reveal immune microenvironment alterations in Multiple Myeloma and its precursor stages.
MGUS/SMM to MM
- decrease in granulocytes
- changes in NK and CD8 T cell phenotypes
- increased inhibitory markers (TIM3, TIGIT).”
