“New ASC (American Cancer Society) research led by Rebecca Siegel, published this week in JAMA, shows a 62% increase in CRC screening for adults 45–49 from 2019–2023—and a 50% rise in early-stage diagnoses.
Earlier screening is working, but access gaps remain.
