Outcomes of BCMA CART in CNS Multiple Myeloma

“Nice work Mahmoud Gaballa, Krina Patel initially presented ASCO24.
All patients had CNS responses though duration of response/PFS is sub-optimal.
CAR-Ts cross the BBB and in occasions in clinic were found to result in neurotoxicity though not reported in higher grades in this patient series.”
