Lung cancer accounts for 1 in every 5 cancer deaths globally – IASLC

International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) shared a post on LinkedIn:

“According to the American Cancer Society and WHO, lung cancer claims approximately 1 in every 5 cancer deaths worldwide, underscoring the urgent need for ongoing research, early detection, and global awareness efforts.

Together, we can change these numbers.”
