“CF, DCF, or CF combined with radiotherapy as neoadjuvant treatment for squamous cell oesophageal cancer.
601 Japanese patients.
OS, DCF>CF=CF+RT
Neoadjuvant DCF followed by oesophagectomy significantly improved OS compared to CF, while adding radiotherapy to CF did not.”
